Accepting these terms

By using ytmp3 you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. The terms apply to every page of ytmp3 and to every file you create with it.

What ytmp3 is

ytmp3 is a free online tool that lets you save YouTube videos as MP3 audio or MP4 video files from your browser. It does not host videos, it has no catalogue and it does not let you search for content. It only works with links you provide.

Personal, non-commercial use

ytmp3 is for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not sell files created with ytmp3, offer the service as part of a paid product, or use it to build a collection for other people.

Copyright and YouTube's terms

Many videos on YouTube are protected by copyright. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to save a video, for example because you made it, because its owner allows downloads, or because the law where you live permits it.

You must also follow YouTube's own terms of service. ytmp3 does not give you any rights to the content you save.

Things you must not do

• use ytmp3 to save or share content you have no right to;
• send automated requests, scrape the service or try to overload it;
• try to break, probe or get around the security of the website or its servers;
• use ytmp3 for anything illegal, harmful or abusive.

We may block access for anyone who breaks these rules.

Real limits

We want to be clear about what the service does. Video files go up to 1080p. MP3 files are offered at 320, 256, 192, 128 and 64 kbps. Only public videos can be saved.

ytmp3 may change, pause or stop features at any time, and it may be unavailable now and then for maintenance or because of problems outside our control.

Not affiliated with YouTube or Google

ytmp3 is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by YouTube or Google. YouTube is a trademark of Google LLC, and all other trademarks belong to their owners.

No warranty

ytmp3 is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that it will always work, that every video can be converted or that the files will meet your needs. You use the service at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, ytmp3 is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damage, or for any loss of data, profit or opportunity, that comes from using the service or from not being able to use it. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

Copyright complaints

If you own the rights to a video and believe ytmp3 is being used to infringe them, send the video link, a short description of your work and your contact details to contact@ytmp3.yachts. We review every complaint and act quickly. There is no separate DMCA page; this address is the right place for all copyright requests.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using ytmp3 after a change, you accept the updated terms.
